Customer complaining about iOS app extensions NOT ringing on incoming calls. After doing a bunch of testing I noticed that my 3CX server hosted at Digital Ocean did NOT have the issue, while the ones hosted at Vultr did. I though that made sense since other threads on this topic mentioned firewall issues as the likely problem. The client in question just had their hosted instance migrated last night to Digital Ocean and BINGO, problem solved!
