Hello, I have noticed the following and a customer has also complained about it.
When my 3CX DDI number is called and it rings on the iPhone 3CX app, the caller's number and name stored in my iPhone contacts shows as the caller while app is ringing and during the call which is nice..
However, when I go back and look at the 3CX Caller List on the iPhone app only the phone number shows, not the callers name. I was hoping the caller's name and number would show.
Is this how it is supposed to...
