When a User transfers an SMS chat to another extension the badge number stays active and shows as an alert. Seems to occur on transfers larger 31 total messages. On smaller transfers it does not occur. Also, each transfer set consisted of 2-8 chats (in total per transfer set) and there always seems to be one that will keep a static alert on the badge - thereby giving a false signal for new messages. This has occurred on 2 transfers and therefore tested 1 more and it happened...
